I heated it up in a microwave and used it for coating strawberries! They came out great in my opinin.It was easy to use. Smooth and delicious finished product.

Candy melts are hard to get from just anywhere because they burn with heating depending where you get it from. But these I heated them and reheated with NO PROBLEM!

I have always wanted to try my hand at cake pops and decorating desserts, however, I did not know any other brand other than Wilton's Candy Melts which are a real pain to actually melt. This chocolate is an absolute God send! It melts so very smoothly on a double boiler and is really luscious on it's own. I added some solid shortening to get it to the consistency I thought necessary for two coats on the cake pops and I absolutely loved how they came out. I added gel food coloring to play around with colors and the texture of the chocolate did not change or break. I am a super beginner so I will keep playing with the consistency but I do believe this is the brand I will continue to use.

We like both the white and dark chocolate. We have been using them for making molds. The chocolate is good quality and has good flavor. We think it is quite rich, sometimes too rich for our tastes. We are generally mixing to achieve milk chocolate. Overall, happy with purchase and will probably purchase again.

I was disappointed as quite a bit of the candy pieces were melted making them difficult to remove from the plastic.

Sold and listed under tempered chocolate, but melting it in a double boiler yielded a VERY thick, stick mass.Definitely not pourable or dunkable into a thin layer.Good taste, though!

I could not get this chocolate to melt smooth , I have been working with chocolate for for about 30 years , I made all kind of chocolates and I know what I am doing , either this was too old or it was not merkins

Now the company knows how to package this product. They use an insulated aluminum bag which can be opened easily. They also include an ice bag to prevent melting.As far as dipping fruits use a double boiler, and see how it works.

Careful when ordering in warm weather, chocolate will melt. I order in fall and winter and store in freezer
