Very good product but a lot of the disked were melted we were able to use the product because we were able to break up the pieces for melting. They really tried to pack the product in insulated bags with several small cold packs in it but by the time they arrived they were warmer than the chocolate inside. Great product but if you need the chocolates in their disks don't order in the heat of the summer in Florida. But otherwise a great product. Melts well and tastes great.

Now the company knows how to package this product. They use an insulated aluminum bag which can be opened easily. They also include an ice bag to prevent melting.As far as dipping fruits use a double boiler, and see how it works.

Careful when ordering in warm weather, chocolate will melt. I order in fall and winter and store in freezer
