Installation was fine. I'm concerned about the approach of using a screw to latch the door as I expect that will rust and become a problem down the road, but after 6-8 months so far it is still able to be removed. I am disappointed however that the paint/coating isn't better, it is rusting significantly after 6-8 months. Overall a decent product, but wish the design/quality were a little better.

Our old clean out door rusted away. This one was easy to install and very heavy duty. I just sat it in the hole and adjusted the screws for a tight fit. I used black caulk to seal around it.

The product looks durable and well made. Unfortunately, there is one missing bolt and nut. I have added a photo to show where the missing piece should go.Make me mad that I have to run to the hardware store for this . The company clearly didn't pay attention.
