I used the jumper two times and it worked great, I had the unit for maybe a week

It's a great looking unit and has all the features one would want for a charger. So it would get a 4-5 star based on that. But the problem is, the unit wasn't very reliable. I charged it once out of the box - no issues. Then a few months later, again - no issues. But a few months after that, when trying to charge it again - it wouldn't get anywhere close to a full charge, and then dissipated fast. This is for a unit that never was used to jump start anything. I expect a charger in this price range to work for at least a few years w/o issues, especially when just kept in storage.

Cables are very difficult to grip on most side post batteries and other vehicles with small terminal ends
