OTTO WAS THE ONLY HAT THAT SENT WHAT WAS SHOWN IN THE AD. FOR ME, I WANT THE COLOR OF THE PLASTIC SNAP TRACK TO MATCH THE HAT. I WAS LOOKING FOR PALE PINK NOT BUBBLE GUM OR NEON PINK WHICH WAS SENT BY TWO OTHER VENDORS. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTO, THE LIGHTER PINK IS THE CORRECT COLOR. IF YOU DON'T WEAR YOUR CAP BACKWARDS, IT MAY NOT MATTER TO YOU. PLUS, THIS WAS 1/2 THE PRICE OF THE OTHER 2.

Hats are great quality, however customer service lacks organization and the simple fact that you begin ignoring your customer after mistakes from your end was made is highly unprofessional.

Can be washed in the washing machine and dry it with the dryer, while the shape if it is still intact.

This Otto Trucker cap is just like the caps I used to buy during the eighties and nineties from various other retailers. You can't find this style in local stores anymore.I like open back mesh caps because it keeps your head from getting too hot. The foam front also keeps sweat from running into your eyes if you do happen to sweat.I purchased four different colors so that I could rotate them and not wear out one cap from daily use. The snap closure is easy to adjust the size, unlike caps that usevelcro. Wonderful cap for guys (and gals) who are finicky about the type of cap they wear.

I love this hat! I normally get headaches when I wear hats for long periods of time but not with this one. I bought two and added iron on patches to wear to Disney. We wore them the entire time and received many compliments. I'm going to be ordering more in different colors!
