I'm not a hat person for the most part. I DESPISE most ballcaps and feel they are tacky, immature, and should be limited to use for children.These cadet caps are simple, washable, comfortable, fully adjustable, can be crushed into a pocket, and do the job of keeping sun out of my eyes or rain off my eyeglasses when necessary without looking like I'm a man-child mimicking a Dennis the Menace comic character.They're also pretty cheap. I got a bunch, threw them in the car, on the coat rack, and in a toolbox. When the sun glares or the rain is coming down, I can have one on hand to use without worry for if it will get dirty or blown away or damaged. Simple and functional.Only addition I'd recommend would be some scotchguard for waterproofing occasionally, since they're cotton.

The strap stitching to adjust the cap broke during the first use and I had to tack it down.

Worked in a kitchen that was was kind of strict on the hats we can wear. They obviously had to be black but their options were 1. Out of date or 2. Uncomfortable. Brought this to their attention and they immediately gave us the green light. Perfect hat for the kitchen.

Lightweight, which means not meant for warmth. It is a great summer hat. Breathes well and keeps the sun off. I would buy again.

Love the fit. It's not a winter hat that's why the 2stars on warmth (wasn't lookin for a winter hat just something to keep my unruly hair out of my eyes). It fits perfect and I'll buy another one if this one wears out.
