I bought the 10pk in 2-3T and it fits perfect! My Toddler boy is on the smaller side for a 3 year old. However, if your child is bigger than other 3 year olds, I would recommend that you take a size 3-4T or 4T. The material is ok it feels like cotton to me. Only one thing it seems as if the neckline is easy to get stretchy. I am watching them haven't washed it as yet but it's a good buy.

This fits very well for my son that's 8years old he is petite and slim. Not husky. At 1st I ordered the medium wayyyy too big..these fit perfect with room to grow and very soft stretchable.
