Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos are always made naturally, never from concentrate or reconstituted with water. It all starts with organic coconut sap, which is harvested by hand from organic coconut tree blossoms and naturally fermented. It's then filtered, heated, and blended only with a dash of pure sea salt. It's really that simple.
Health Secrets of Coconut Aminos When the coconut tree is tapped it produces a highly nutrient-rich "sap" that exudes from the coconut blossoms. This sap is raw, very low glycemic, an abundant source of 17 amino acids, minerals, vitamins and has a nearly neutral pH. A comparison between coconut tree sap and soy shows that the coconut sap contains 2-14 times the amino acid content of soy.
Small batches ensure that our organic, low glycemic Coconut Aminos, made from this natural sap, is a raw enzymatically alive product aged and blended with sun dried, mineral-rich sea salt, hand gathered from pristine waters near the northern islands of the Philippine coast.

Note: Due to the naturally occurring fermentation of this product, the contents may fizz when opened. Refrigerate after opening to reduce fizzy effect.
*The Coconut Aminos is heated to 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 seconds during bottling, and then tipping the bottles upside down for one minute to sterilize the air space between the glass and the cap. This is the only way that we can stabilize this product without adding any other ingredients, which would affect the delicate flavor profile of this product.
The 1 gallon size is allergen free.
Although this product is made in a dedicated facility that makes on Coconut Aminos, it is later bottled in a facility that also occasionally bottles peanut and walnut oils, as well as dressings that may contain gluten. The machines are thoroughly washed and sterilized before and after each production run, and adhere to the strictest allergen protocols. While we are virtually certain that there is no commingling, for liability reasons, we cannot 100% guarantee that there is no contamination, even though it is highly unlikely.

These Coconut aminos are delicious to add on stir fries and rice dishes. I like to add a few dashes to certain soup recipes too. Just adds a touch of added goodness.
