I love this stuff for traveling, makes for a terrific allergen-free salad dressing. The only bad thing was the expiration date is this month! Not long enough from when I ordered.

I bought this because I needed an alternative to soy sauce for recipes. I am staying away from soy products because of breast cancer . This seemed like a compatable alternative for flavor. I like also that they are in individual packets so I don't have to worry about storing the bottle once opened.

I'm allergic to soy and gluten and was so happy to find these packets, I keep a couple in my car and purse so I can bring them in to sushi restaurants!
