I like these a lot - I'm not a medical person; I buy them just for wearing around, especially to medical appointments, because they have no metal, are surprisingly comfortable in hot humid weather, and are easy to take off and put on if needed. They come through the wash well, especially a gentle cycle with warm (never hot!) water, and dried on low for as little time as possible. I have other pairs that I've worn and washed A LOT, and the stitching has remained in place and they still come out looking nice; if I take them out of the dryer while still warm and simply lay them flat, or hand them up, they don't need any ironing. They also really do seem to be stain-resistant, as they're described to be.They're surprisingly comfortable in hot humid Gulf Coast Summer weather. I say surprisingly, because I usually find polyester intolerable, even when it's blended with cotton, but whatever weave and/or type of polyester is used in these, it seems to work.I personally do run elastic through the waist, because the tie doesn't keep them up well enough (the tie works better when on has a waist, which I no longer do...)

These are possibly the softest pants I've ever worn (also the first scrubs, though). I ordered the xl short, which fit me so well. A couple inches long, tops (I'm 6ft 240 lb). Would definitely recommend, amazing price for how nice they are.

I was a little leary ordering these because they were men's and I was unsure of the size, however they fit nicely. They are a little big, but very comfy.

Tall is long, approximately 35", The regular length is approximately 32". The black color I wanted didn't come in regular length but I really like these scrub pants even though they are a bit long.

Great quality in fabric, made well. My husband is 6'6 and his waist is a 38-40 and actually needed an XL not XXL but we made it work, the length is great!! Will be purchasing from them again soon.

I give it a 4 star rating not because I am about to tell you that I'm returning it, but because it felt like it was quality material but I just don't believe in 5 stars. Nothing is perfect everything has a flaw. But I am returning it because after reading everyone's reviews that days if you're 6 feet or taller get the tall pants. And the size chart doesn't say if you're this tall then selet this size. So I am 6 foot 4 inches tall and I got the medium tall as my waist is a 32. And I can literally hold them up to the middle of my stomach almost my cheat and the bottoms of the pants will be barely touching the floor. In other words, I don't know if it was a fluke and they got made extra extra long or what so what size do you recommend?

Fit's very well, and very comfortable. I haven't worn them much yet, so I will have to update on the quality when I start to wear them more often

I like the product, but it's too long in the leg area. I will have to have them alterated.
