The coffee is flavor is great The burner lasts does not scar its my go to pot i buy a new one about every 3 yes. I definitely get more use than any other I've tried

I always preferred the shower like' way this machine sprinkles the hot water over the entire surface of the coffee grounds, not just in one place as most coffee makers do. More flavor for sure.

Bought this in January 2017, just broke my fourth carafe January 2023. Rather than replace the carafe, I decided it's time for a change. That said, the coffee maker still works well after six years. Easy to program, easy to clean, great coffee. Would buy again except I found a Mr. Coffee that is comparably priced and comes in RED!

This 'programmable' coffee maker is ridiculously difficult to program. The carafe top is not detachable which makes it difficult to fit in a dishwasher.

I bought this for my Airbnb and my guests seem to like it. I have not actually used it myself of course so I don't know what I think of it. But it fits perfectly where I have it and I'm glad I got it.

We live in an area with very hard water, and coffee makers usually only last a year or two, even with regular cleanings with vinegar. No sense spending a lot of money on something we'll have to throw away eventually, and this coffee maker (combined with Gevalia Majestic Roast coffee) makes coffee as good as any we've ever had. We have the identical coffee maker in our motorhome too. WalMart seems to have quit carrying this model, so we're buying them here now.

Great addition to our kitchen. Our previous coffee maker still worked but we didn't realize that the flavor was only so-so until we used our new one. The flavor is great. We couldn't be happier.

Ten years ago, I bought a Black and Decker coffee maker for my 18-wheeler truck, which has 110 volts of electrical power from an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU). I figured it would be cheaper than stopping at the Pilot, Loves or TA several times a day for carryout coffee. I retired from trucking in 2019. (I drove long haul 4 million miles between 1974 and 2019.) I still have the same coffee maker and it just keeps on truckin'.

Good machine my only complaint is the coffee grim that builds up on the lid where the water is dispensed. it's not difficult to clean just kind of annoying.
