The plus is that it's a 12 cup coffee maker that's programmable. A good gift to anyone that's a coffee drinker.

Ordered this to use in the breakroom of the machine shop that my son works at. This coffee pot was a hit with his coworkers and I expect that it will work for years to come, as this unit is known to do.

Get a great cup (up to 12) of coffee with NO coffee grinds leaking in - like my last coffee maker. Went back to Old Reliable - and pitched the past one that did. You can store with the coffee pot lid and the coffee maker lid up...resulting in complete dryness. NO mold taste - as you get from a Keurig - just good coffee.

I like that it makes the coffee hot at close to 200 degrees (measured by a thermometer) and that it saturates all of the coffee grounds. The Carafe does not leak when pouring coffee into a coffee cup, the measure for water is only over by 3 oz of accuracy. Great tasting coffee.

As the title says, for a coffee machine it does it's job well. Black and Decker products have always been pretty reliable for me, and this coffee machine is no different!.It's simple to use and easy to clean. It brews coffee pretty quickly and will pause for a little bit if you want to sneak a cup from it while it's brewing. Overall, I like this coffee machine.

Unlike my last coffee maker - a Mr. Coffee - this one is very easy to use - foremost, the basket comes out easily for cleaning. Everything works very well and needs little brain power to set clock, brew, etc. Definitely recommend.

Hard to program and the downside is that it automatically shuts off after two hours. Now it stopped working after 2 months.
