Its works like a charm. Prevented my wood sheet from burning. Its like 1 inch distance from the engine. First time covering the engine with wood sheet while parading but this time with the insulation ON and finish the entire parade without noticing any signs of burns or anything....

Used it to further insulate a motorcycle exhaust cover in addition to the original insulation. Went on easy, made a big difference in heat on my leg.

Good adhesion. Basically adhesive, fiberglass and metal foil. Applied three pieces to a new plastic transmission cover for my Triumph Spitfire.

My car has a sunglasses compartment above my head near the windshield. When the rays of the direct summer sun beat down on the roof, the sunglasses become too hot to hold.I cut out a piece of this heat shield to conform to the shape of the top of the compartment and stuck it in. Mind you, the reflective surface is facing down, when it would make more sense for it to face up to the heat source, but that's the only way that I could stick it into the compartment. Nevertheless, it is effective in blocking much of the heat, and my sunglasses are just lukewarm to the touch.

This is perfect, exactly what I needed. I was burning up the side of my fridge because the stove has to be so close, so hot the fridge couldn't even be touched so I know that couldn't be good for it. This is definitely deflecting the heat and solved the problem.

I used this product to line the bottom of a plywood countertop so I could install a mini-oven just beneath the counter. The countertop doesn't even get hot so the product is very effective and adhered to the flat bare plywood very well.

I wanted to show this before putting back on my bike. I needed to replace the heat shield on my Triumph Trophy. I just copied the peeling up shields on my part, cut with a utility knife and scissors. I used a plastic squeegee to help apply to the part. It contoured nicely. I spent less than half it would have cost to get the OEM from Triumph.

Put the toaster in the cabinet. Briefly hot to touch but dissipated quickly. I left the doors open til it is cool. Buy it.

We keep our toaster oven/air fryer in a cupboard. This prevents the wall from heat very well.

Protects the wood mantel and sticks as advertised, great product. They should sell it in different length as i had to buy two to cover the mantel area of 40-45 inches.

My dual exhaust was about 2” from a aftermarket28 gallon gas tank at the bend just at the corner. Split this sheet in three and put a strip on the tank on each side. Conformed to the shape of the tank and grabbed tight. I used a 2” roller to adhere. Spoon would have worked also. Product came rolled in a box so no creases. I will use this product again.

Adheres very well to a very clean, grease and dirt free metal surface. Somewhat moldable to gentle contours. I'd buy again if I needed more.

I used removable 3M adhesive strips instead of peeling off the backing, because I want to be able to remove the panels after winter.

It worked for me. Used a new razor blade and trimmed carefully. I used a piece of cardboard so I could make sure the cut went all the way through. Pleased with the results and holding up well.
