I keep this for when I don't have access to plug in power for my air matress. It's built well and survives the inevitable drops and bumps that happen when camping. I have cheaper less expensive versions, but they crack and the parts inside come loose where they touch the battery. This one keeps working consitently so I can depend on it when I'm out on an adventure and needs to add air fast.

I was skeptical about this little pump getting the job done. I bought it for pumping up a twin size mattress and a single mattress for camping. As it turned out, it easily pumped up both mattresses (3 minutes total) and deflated them by reversing the pump.Hint: It uses D-cell batteries. I used AA batteries with D expanders and it worked for the needs described above.If this holds up, I have no complaints.

This has made our lives SIGNIFICANTLY easier when we camp and have to blow up our air mattress. It's super light, a good size, and does the job. Great product.

I used this pump for a 3 night camping trip and it was great. I would definitely order again. I did notice that the brand of batteries does make a difference. When I used target brand D batteries it did not work as well as it did when I used Energizer batteries.

Filling up pools and air mattresses was a no brainer but my favorite use is for getting my lit charcoal hotter for a sear or cutting the time it takes to get started in the chimney smoker.

It's light weight and small. It's powerful and it inflated our Coleman air mattress in just a few minutes. Great pump and a must have for deep woods air mattress camping.

This was a replacement buy because the pump we had broke and was duck taped in order to keep the batteries in. This must be an updated version because it seems more powerful! It is also easier to pack and takes up less space since its flatter than the older pump. We are going camping and I cannot wait to use it! We tried it out this weekend and while it is still pretty loud, it works better and worth the twenty bucks.
