Causes: Education, Undergraduate Colleges

Mission: The mission of College of the Ozarks is to provide the advantages of a Christian education for youth of both sexes, especially those found worthy, but who are without sufficient means to procure such training.

Results: Since the institution was chartered in 1906, more than 9,000 young people have earned their education.

Target demographics: deserving young people without the financial means procure a quality, Christian education debt-free.

Direct beneficiaries per year: 1,521

Geographic areas served: the Ozarks Region

Programs: the Work Education Program and Summer Work Education Program, wherein students work campus jobs to offset the cost of education and room and board. Upon their participation in these programs, the College covers the remaining balance through institutional scholarships, thus allowing students to graduate debt-free.
