Mission: CASA believes that people with disabilities and individuals of low wealth who have the ability to live independently in the community should be able to. CASA works to provide affordable housing in concert with supportive services that make this possible.

Results: 83% of CASA's long-term tenants (tenants who have been with CASA for at least 12 months) continue to remain stably housed each year.

Target demographics: CASA focuses on the hardest to house and only charges 30% of a person's income for rent. The majority of CASA's units are for people who have a disability and/or who have been previously homeless.

Direct beneficiaries per year: Citizens in the community of low wealth, who may have a disability, who may have been homeless.

Programs: Casa develops, owns and manages rental properties that provide safe, decent and affordable apartments for people who are of low income, many have been homeless and may have a disability. Casa partners with area agencies to provide supportive services to tenants with disabilities.

casa offers job training and employment to tenants and other low income individuals who are interested in performing maintenance and landscaping duties for casa properties.
