Mission: Community Care Development Network exists to develop, transform, and restore life to families, adults, teens, and community to be committed, unified, and mature.
Results: Community Care Development Network (CCDN) is a 501c3 community development organization that seeks to provide life services, life development, community development, and economic development opportunities to individuals who faced with barriers that eliminate the succession and growth in life. CCDN provides life services through individual interviews and connections to resources, mentoring (youth, adult, and family), education (community health workshops, financial literacy, math and reading tutoring), and workforce/job readiness development classes. Since 2014, CCDN has served almost 1,600 families in need with helping 250 kids through our mentoring programs, 150 parents, 400 individuals with workforce development, and 1,000 with life development. CCDN serves families within the Birmingham Metropolitan area and is located in the East Lake Community.
