Mission: The organization develops, builds and manages affordable housing in bentonville and bella vista, arkansas.

Programs: Construction and rental of low income housing in the cities of bentonville and bella vista, arkansas. To date 17 rental properties have been established. Fourteen are located in bentonville with 285 units for rent. Three in bella vista with 58 rental units.
