Mission: Incorporated in 1982, the Community FoodBank of New Jersey fights hunger and poverty in New Jersey by assisting those in need and seeking long term solutions. We will engage, educate, and empower all sectors of society in the battle. Working together with volunteers, donors and our many partners, we work to fill the emptiness caused by hunger with Food, Help and Hope.

In Fiscal Year 2019, the FoodBank distributed over 60 million pounds of food, which is equal to more than 50 million meals, via our network of 1,000 community partners. Through our combined efforts, we help feed close to 900,000 hungry people in New Jersey every year.

Community FoodBank of New Jersey is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 1985, and donations are tax-deductible.
