Programs: Provide accessible primary health and dental care to the medically underserved and homeless population, as defined by the department of health and human services section 330.Provided women's health connections, a breast and cervical cancer early detection program available for the uninsured and under insured women over the age of 40.Over the past year the organization served 22,243 patients with 63,376 medical encounters; 8,654 patients with 28,053 dental encounters; and 1,384 patients with 3,869 behavioral health encounters.
