I use this contact clear vinyl to cover my storm windows on my front and back porch and it keeps my porches warm ,blocks the cold air and I can still see outside. Just be aware that using tape especially gorilla tape will leave a very sticky residue on your vinyl that won't come off. But I still recommend this for cold weather.
