Concept 2 products are amazing quality and gives great work out. We are familiar with Concept 2 from owning Model D and Model E, and limited dealings with their Customer Service is great. The value for the world class equipment is outstanding. I use the Bikerg every day and love the workouts and the challenge, the harder you work the greater the resistance. Highly recommend the Bikeerg or any Concept 2 product!

I wanted to exercise inside and get some good cardio. This bike is extremely nice. very high quality build, easy to assemble, has some nice features on the screen such as distance per month, etc... But the seat is incredibly narrow and hard. It makes it very uncomfortable to ride in any enjoyable manner for me. They say you don't want a soft seat, but this seat just hurts. I am a beginner at cycling in general so maybe thats it. But I tried to get used to it and really just couldn't. I am sure if I had a comfortable seat I would have loved this thing way more. It just felt like a pain to get on because of it. However other than that the only thing I wasn't a fan of was that the fan was only on one side. It was weird to feel air blow on one leg but not the other. However not the biggest deal and did get used to it.

This very well built. My husband ordered this after our spin bike broke. We also have the concept2 rower which is great. This is fine but it's awkward to get used to using. We both find it super awkward to stand to bike on this one. So if you are planning to use this with one of the spinning apps be aware you will be sitting most of the time. Maybe it's just us but it rides weird if you try to stand like it's not a natural motion like most bikes. Also the seat is horrid, we definitely need to get another one. It's just the most uncomfortable thing. Adjustment is a little wonky too. I couldn't get the handlebars up to save my life.

I am almost 26 million meters on my imaginary around the globe row. My Concept 2 rowing machine has been flawless, and oh the fitness I have gained. Now, my wife has purchased the Concept 2 bikeerg instead of any of the contending brands. The erg has exceeded our expectations. It is solidly built, comfortable to ride and quiet. Best of all, it has a clutch so that when you stop pedaling, the fan spins to a stop with no force applied to the rider's feet or knees. I don't know, after my around the world row, I may just have to do the same with the bikeerg.

I used to used the Concept 2 rower at the gym and was really impressed with their reliability and durability so when they came out with the Bike Erg it was a no brainer purchase for me. Due to backlog, I was waitlisted for about a couple of months before I purchased the bike. The bike was easy to assemble and built to last. During the COVID pandemic I stopped going to the gym so the BikeErg has been the corner stone of my fitness program supplemented with weights and walking. I have lost about 14 lbs in the last three months with significant improvements in strength and endurance. The only problem I had was that it took some time for my body to adapt to the seat. Still not the most comfortable but it is not bad now. I love this bike and look forward to my daily rides. I like it as much as the more than twice as expensive Keiser m3i that I used at the gym. The only advantage the Keiser has it that is is quieter. You wont be disappointed.

The Bike Erg is simple without a lot of bells and whistles which I prefer. I have a Rowing Erg so I am familiar with it.It is easy to assemble and doesn't take up much space.

Been using it for a month and it's made a huge difference in my strength and fitness. Just take it easy at the beginning and gradually work your way up in intensity. Had occasion to call their support line and they they were very helpful. You can assemble it by yourself as I did but it wouldn't hurt to have someone to share driving the bolts.

Incredible product. Have all concept2 machines- ski, rower, bike. All are tremendous products and built to last. Looked at purchasing a different type of stationary bike but wanted the consistency and dependability of concept2. Have owned it for 2 months now and approaching 2 million meters cycled.

- Extremely well made, stable even when sprinting out of the saddle at highest resistance. We've had ours 6 weeks, but experience with a 30 yr. old Concept2 Model C rower suggests that even in a gym environment these will still be going strong after other cycles have worn out several times over.- Pedaling response is like that of a nice road bike, more realistic than the friction or magnetic resistance of spinning cycles. After setting the damper for one's exertion vs. pace sweet spot, one can move between high intensity and recovery by varying pace over a modest range w/o touching the damper. (For full, out-of-the-saddle sprints I do max out the damper.)- US Made, responsive and knowledgable company assistance, little or no waiting. Concept2 stands behind their products, but builds them so well they there's little need for it.- The only negative (from my wife) is she can't smoothly perform spinning class style quick out-of-the-saddle jumps with it, nor when pedaling slowly out-of-the-saddle to rest without feeling a glitch or brief loss of resistance as the cranks go through vertical. I suspect her problem is with the cranks vertical she can't push forward/pull rearward sufficiently hard or fast to stay ahead of the flywheel's free wheeling clutch. In contrast, at high damper settings I have no trouble riding smoothly out of the saddle, but I also don't feel compelled to jump - I have real bikes for that. If this spinning class move is important to one's routine they probably should consider a dedicated spinning bike, paying about twice as much for equivalent build quality.- Other than jumping, for a solid workout of any intensity, including sprints, I don't think one can go wrong with a BikeErg.

Built like a tank; should last for decades. Assembly is definitely doable without professional assistance. Smooth pedalling. Reasonably comfortable seat (height-adjustable). Adjustable air resistance. I'm happy.

This is a great exercise bike overall. It's easy to assemble (watch the Youtube video) and well-built of heavy duty components. The ride is smooth and you can get a very good workout with the bike. There are two flaws however:1. There is no way to pause the workout. If you stop for more than 2 minutes, it re-sets. Interrupted by the kids? Too bad... Hoping a future update fixes this issue.2. The seat adjustment is really wonky. Instead of a lever to adjust seat pitch and how far forward or back seat is, you have to get a wrench an unscrew a bolt and then fiddle with it. The saddle that came with the bike is fairly uncomfortable so I swapped it out . Getting it adjusted has been really difficult, unlike our Peloton which requires no tools to adjust.Overall, it's a great bike, but the two faults above mean I'm removing one star.Happy riding!

These bikes are great. Assembly was easy. It sits nicely. I might upgrade the seat. If you have to choose only one bike and are comparing to the Rogue Echo Bike or the Assault Bike I would seriously consider this bike for the versatility.

I just got the bike in. I have a C2 rower, and from researching, I knew this would be a good product. I want a bike I can use inside for fasted cardio, etc. I have an assault bike I use for HIIT. I looked at many spin bike options, and ultimately decided on this one since I was confident in the quality and the price wasn't as high as Peloton. I was a bit surprised about how long it took me to put together. I did it by myself on about an hour, but the screws were difficult to tighten and the instructions weren't the greatest. I had watched the C2 video and thought this would be a quick and easy assembly. The bike is light, which is a plus if you want to roll it somewhere else.

During the pandemic decided to spend some time getting in shape. Enter the BikeErg. Super fun to ride, the PM5 makes all the difference, it gives me extra motivation to beat my previous time. The pedals are super smooth and my rides are over before I know it.
