Mission: We connect schools with community so that students can access the opportunities, resources and experiences they need to imagine, plan and be ready for their futures.

Target demographics: Students and educators, primarily in under-resourced districts and schools

Direct beneficiaries per year: Thousands of students and educators from more than 50 school districts, many serving our region's poorest communities

Geographic areas served: southwestern Pennsylvania

Programs: Partnerships and programming aimed at helping students access the opportunities and experiences they need to explore and prepare for post-secondary education and careers. Programming that directly supports kids includes Be A Middle School Mentor, Student Powered Solutions and The Future Is Mine (TFIM). Programming to support schools and educators in preparing students includes EdLeaders Pittsburgh, Educator in the Workplace, Future Ready Alliance and Future Ready Partnerships.
