Nice helps in the heat

The style of the cap is simple. The practicality of it is epic. I bought this to play tennis in.It's nothing short of a miracle. Once you pour cold water on it and put it back on your head, it's like instant energy AND IT LASTS. I wear it in the middle of the day in Florida's summer.Forget wearing old cotton hats with your favorite team on them or whatever, wear this. Wear this when you're training and need a cap. You get more out of this than simply splashing cold water on your face.I honestly believe that every major hat maker who makes athlete themed hats should use this style of baseball cap as a template moving forward. The old cotton hats are certainly more stylish. But a baseball cap, at its core, isn't a style piece. It's equipment.And this is the best version of that equipment I've ever worn.I say on court at 95F (35C) in direct sunlight, the cooling lasted for about 10 minutes at a time. But even without water, the band really does help your forehead sweat cool you down.

Use for golf in FL summer heat. Lighter and cooler than any cap I've had. Washed in machine and hung to dry...comes out looking brand new. Well made, adjustment strap allows for perfect fit.

Performs as described. Have wet the hat and it has kept the head cool in the summer heat. Definitely would recommend.

I bought two of these, one for my husband and one for myself. It is extremely hot and humid where we live, and walking our dogs no matter what time of day in the summer get so hot. A quick rinse of this hat and it really cools down. The fabric is very lightweight, and soft, not scratchy. We have different size heads but it fit greats on both of us because it's adjustable. It also looks super sporty and cute. I'm kind of picky about baseball hats and this one is a real winner!

I like everything about this hat. These are the only ones I will wear. I lost one so if anyone sees it, feel free to let me know. It's been missing about 2 weeks now. My hope is dwindlinghALP!!!!

I frequently go to Disneyland and sometimes it can get so hot I needed to find something to help me keep cool. This was the perfect item. It's white so it helps reflect the sun it's very light weight and it does not squeeze your head like some fitted baseball caps might. It keeps me cool all day long. I stick it under the faucet, ring it out loosely, snap it in the air a few times and it keeps my head nice and cool. When I need additional cooling I just find the nearest sink in the theme park splash some water on it and I'm back in business fresh and recharged. For added cooling dunk in ice water before you leave your hotel room for the day and it keeps the hat nice and icy cold at the beginning of your day or grab some ice water and pour it on the hat for added cooling power. I highly recommend this if you are in long exposures with direct sun.

I have had to have for years but recently lost it in Disney. As soon as I got home I ordered a new one. This hat is really Cooling comfort. I wear it to the beach and shower it down to keep me cool. It washes very easily, I put it in a linen bag and wash it on delicate. It always comes out brandy new :-) I actually have white but I am going to order more

They work ! They really get cold. And make a big difference, it keep you cool

Perfect hat for my needs.

I do a lot of distance running and wanted a lightweight hat for an upcoming marathon. I had trained in standard baseball type hats that are OK but this one is much lighter, cooler and with adjustments fits perfectly. You can spend a LOT more on running hats - up to $70.00 but I would suggest even buying two or more of these. Also they wash easily

Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is it doesn't stay cool as long as advertised

I'm ready to order another! I have white but when I golf I touch it constantly and it gets pretty dirty, which does come out in the wash.

I have brain cancer and wear a product on my head called Optune. I couldn't be in the sun for more then 3 minutes before it would overheat. Now with this hat, I get it wet, wring it out and it works great!! Very comfortable!

Great hat. Super lightweight and comfortable. Perfect for boating or golf when it's blazing hot outside.

My wife used this hat for a marathon. It's a good hat but the Velcro straps started to give out after one wash.. she still uses it though

Kept me cooler on my walk than just wearing a sweatband. Just what I needed!

I like this cap a lot, because it's very lightweight, fits well, AND is designed to get wet . . . an added plus! I wanted to protect my head from sunburn, as well as my hair color, so I wore it in the ocean, and it was great! I attached the back of the hat with a hat retainer clip to my bathing suit, so that when a big wave washed over me, I didn't lose the cap in the water.

Bought this for my husband since he works outside in the heat he said it works really well and recommends it.
