I got the 5 oz bowl to attach to a travel cage for my Rat. I don't mind spending money on my beloved animal to get her the best items, but for what I paid for this small cup, $13,51, while the competition is selling similar product at third of this price, I expected it to be perfectly thought through, and it is not. What I don't like, is that when the bowl hits the metal loop, when there is any movement, it makes a loud, annoying sound. I minimalized it by adding a rubber band around, yet it is still able to make a sound, but it did help much.<br /><br />The 5 oz bowl has a diameter of 3'' and is 1.5'' deep. I would prefer it to be a little deeper and narrowed in width, so I could put there dry food without the worry that it will spill when traveling, but its generally ok sized. It is made of stainless steel and the quality is very good, it looks like it will last forever. It appears that it wouldn't break, even if I run it over with a car. Its securely attaches to a cage and stays in place. I need to buy one more, but since I am not thrilled with this bowl, I will probably try my luck with a different brand.
