This belt helps to limit excessive movement or rotation to provide relief for various hip, pelvis, and lower back conditions, such as: trochanteric bursitis, hip arthritis, hip dysplasia, and postpartum recovery. This belt can also be used to help improve posture and alignment, injury rehabilitation, or for support during high-impact or repetitive physical activities. Trochanter Belts are primarily used to address pain and discomfort within the trochanteric region. The trochanteric region consists of the greater and lesser trochanter (top of thighbone or femur), as well as various muscles, tendons, and ligaments within the hips and pelvis. By reducing excessive movement and stabilizing the hips, this belt provides support to the area and helps reduce strain to the surrounding tissues. Help correct pelvic tilt or rotation by using this belt to encourage proper posture and correct alignment that may put stress on the joints, muscles, and tissues in the hip region. Wear this belt for support during physical activities such as weightlifting, sports, or physically demanding occupations to help reduce strain on the hip joints and surrounding tissues. Trochanter belts are also often used in rehabilitation programs related to various hip conditions and injuries. Help promote healing by providing compression, support, and stability to weak or injured hips, which may help reduce inflammation and edema. During pregnancy, hormones cause ligaments to relax and stretch in order to allow the pelvis to spread for delivery. After delivery, relaxing hormone levels can remain elevated for up to eight weeks, keeping pelvic joints soft and malleable. Use this support postpartum to gently compress the pelvic joints and hips together in order to assist the ligaments in shortening and realigning the pelvis to its pre-pregnancy position. Durable, plush, 2\" wide hook and loop material provides maximum support to the hips and pelvis. This belt contours to the natural curves of the hips for comfort and stability. The low profile, flexible design moves with you during normal daily activities such as walking, running, or standing for extended periods. This Trochanter Belt allows the user to make a one-time adjustment for size; no need to fit each use. Available in one size to fit most users, this belt is a versatile option to accommodate a variety of body shapes and sizes. Customize the belt by simply cutting excess fabric to the ideal length for the individual. After the belt has been trimmed to the appropriate length, attach the removable hook fastener to the new end of belt. Easily adjust the support to the ideal level of compression by sliding the end of belt through the metal buckle and securing the hook and loop fastener. 15644950 782944801423 40.0000lbs 0.00 0.00 0.00
