one pillow was just given to me. i knew the roll was for my neck, but seemed too wide. so i never used that side. it seemed more natural to flip it so my head is in the center of the crease and the ends cushed my ears and face and i loved it. that will raise the head slightly off the bed.

This pillow is the only one I can use to wake up without neck pain. I had my son try it and he didn't like it so it would be personal preference. This is my third one in probably six years after trying many different pillows. I am now an old lady that travels with her pillow. For me it is worth the price.

I have had this pillow for several years and cant do without it. I had back surgery several years ago and recovery was hard and I also had neck pain I purchased this pillow and after a few nights I was sleeping without pain. I love my pillow and am buying another because I have use the one I have for years. It is sturdy and holds it shape for back and side sleeping. Also the price is economical. I recommend it to anyone with a neck issue. It also helped me to be able to sleep on my back again pain free.
