I have purchased these products for at least 10 years. With utility prices these days, I found it works great to heat these up the microwave put one on my back or one down by my feet and I can turn the thermostat down three or 4. Yes they definitely work for sore muscles or if you freeze them first to help with swelling but mostly I buy them just to stay warm in the winter and not spend as much on utility bills.Ive actually tried a couple other brands and either the casing leaks or its not made of comfortable material against your skin.Hi do you recommend and will buy more in a couple years

These are the best cold packs. I'm recovering from shoulder surgery. I use 2 and they cover all the areas needed. Highly recommend .

I started buying these as a gift for friends having surgery!! They are a great size and work well. We keep two in the freezer at all times!

This is the cold compress my physical therapist used for my rehabbing knee. It worked so well, I had to have the same one for my home use. So glad I purchased it - actually got two. Freezes quickly, stays cold, molds to where you want and need the cold.

Been using this brand for years. I use it only for cold and is always in my freezer. Great for my troubled knees and back when they flare up. Live the soft brushed surface.

We have used this brand of ice packs for several years. They are so handy to have! The ice packs are very flexible and you can use directly on skin. We recently purchased more to have on hand. Our other ones are 10 years old and still work great! Definitely the best ice packs out there!

These are the absolute best icing pads. They stay cool for a long time and you can heat them up, but I've never done that yet. These are so comfortable and they were so helpful after my knee surgery. I've had allergic reactions or gotten burns from other ice packs, but this one has a very light outside material that is comfortable and nice on the skin.

Ive had one of these for about 10 years and wanted a larger one. I use it almost every night or morning on my lower back. Its great not too cold. Ive never use it for the heat, but I keep it in my freezer pull it out, ready to go.

The pack is soft and supple. Have only used it as a cold pack after surgery. It can be used directly on your skin and it conforms to your body.

Whatever you need an ice pack for this is the one! It stays cold for a long time! I love that it's so dense yet you can mold it to fit the area you want to ice down.

This is flexible and soft so makes great contact with the wound. Doesn't “freezer-burn your skin and doesn't get anything wet. Great product.
