This is exactly what the doctor's office has. It is a great product. I love the large size, the fact that it is very flexible, and the soft covering.

We already had one of these and decided to order two more needed while recovering from knee replacement surgery to always have a cold ice pack. These stay dry and are very soft and comfortable.

I have a lot of ice packs, but these are absolutely the best. The inside gel does not harden, even in a super cold freezer, and the cold lasts the needed 20 minutes for injuries. I bought this larger one for my knee after I had a recent bike crash and used it several times a day for several weeks.I do wish they had a removable cover that you could wash... I ended up putting this one in a small travel pillowcase, which worked pretty well.

Keeps its cold very well. Large enough to cool/ice your back from side to side. No need to refreeze because of the small size, like others.Have not tried heating only cooling.
