Had total knee replacement and the way these ice packs hug the knee is amazing. I bought these after trying them at my physical therapist's office and recommend them to everyone for any type of injury or post surgical rehab!

It is easy to use and chill and is very pliable to fit over a knee, etc. Also it is frost free.

A friend of mine let me use her ice pack and I was smitten!! Couldn't wait to order my own. Large, soft, and oh so nice. Hurt my back in a fall on ice and have been using little ice pads that freeze hard and don't really cover much area. This product is amazing!!

Holds heat and cold equally well. There is a perfect rigidity that helps conform to any part of the body. Bought two more immediately. Yes, I highly recommend.

I've been using this brand for years. I love how it doesn't burn your skin and it doesn't need a towel around it. The coldness lasts pretty long too.

You can't beat these for cold packs. Because they are made of mud they form fit to your body. The cold lasts up to 30 minutes. I keep a stack in my freezer. I wouldn't even consider any other cold pack.

Love how soft it is and just molds to your body right out of the freezer! No need to wait for it to melt/soften a bit. I've had it for a few months and so far so good! Gets just cold enough. Haven't tried the beat setting yet.

I bought this ice pack after knee replacement surgery. Bags of ice didn't work. This pack stays cold enough for the time needed for treatment and gets back down to temperature quickly. I really liked the way it conforms to the shape of the knee and stays in place.

It is so easy to use and heat up. It is great I own 4 of them and love to have a couple in the freezer for when needed and a couple in the cupboard to heat up when needed too.

This product is great for sore backs aka muscle relief. Not much fun when you have an ice back on your back but afterwards you feel better. Sometimes you have to use it as a heat pack but for me the cold pack seems to work most of the time.

I use for migraine headache relief so I bought two. Then a family member “borrowed” one permanently so I ordered more. I've not had any problems with them splitting or leaking. I've never used warm only cold from the freezer. They are soft and don't hurt my head. I can even fall asleep with my head on it.

I love that this product! It has helped me way more than any of my medication. I suffer greatly from severe neck injuries and migraine headaches, and the first time I use this cold pack was during a medical massage but I must say it is extremely painful! So he brought out a cold pack to help with the inflammation and discomfort. Well it was so unique in the way that it was weighted and the gel like movement, I walked out and said please, I need to have this product. I bought it that same day used it the next day and was extremely grateful. AMAZING Product! Gina J
