I have a normal gait after years of suffering foot drop! Not sure how long it will hold up as I just received it last week. My therapist thought I should of got a small but I never take a small anything. Someone was a true genius with thinking up this!

Like the brace. Have mild drop foot and this brace is adjustable. Somewhat difficult to adjust and shoe clips bent.

Orthotics wanted to order me a rigid AFO - my out-of-pocket after insurance $110. My physical therapist recommended this product (no insurance but only half the out-of-pocket expense) because it would support my drop foot while allowing it to exercise when I walk. After only 2 weeks of use, my foot is already getting stronger, and I can now walk more than a mile without the support and without my foot dropping! Easy to use and well worth the expense.

Of course I was upset when the surgeon cut my nerve which lead to a foot drop. This happened during COVID and my surgery was an emergency; had a mass in my thoracic cavity. I tried to bring this to my doctors attention but they ignored me. Therefore this brace did help me to walk which was a good thing.

This works awesome. You only need the lightest support. The great thing is it not only helps with drop foot by picking up the front of your foot, it gives greater stability from rolling your foot. Don't even think about it when it's on. I don't use the clips that are to go in your shoe laces, just clip it to the laces directly. Highly recommended!!

The brace I've found that works for me. I recommend trying this if you have a foot drop issue. The resistance this brace has is better than any I've tried.

They arrived last night. I had them on for about an hour. I really like them. This morning, I am going on a walk with new sense of confidence. I'll report back with pictures and details.Update 12-5-2021Yesterday was my first day with these. I wore them with my redwing boots. My boots are heavy yet I was able to walk for 2 hours without any issues. 11966 steps a new record for me. AFO type braces that go inside the footwear are not so comfortable. With these I feel almost normal.My walking speed has increased. Previously, having to walk so slowly, I would get mentally exhausted long before I was physically tired. I conform my original 5 star rating.I will next try them without boots and provide an update. Last night I dreamt that I could run again!

El nico problema q le puede encontrar y es el ms malo. Es q la liga se te marca atrs de la pierna y es bien incomodo y se va bajando as el tobillo no tiene soporte para aguantar . Es una lstima porque a pesar de todo ase bien su trabajo

I only ordered this because a scheduled surgery was going to prevent me from wrapping the 3 inch velcro attach to my expensive carbon fiber AFO around my calf until an incision healed. I am VERY pleasantly surprised that it works very well! It is well made and sturdy. The ability to reposition the cord that attaches to your shoe really does effect how much lift there is. It is reasonably comfortable, depending on how much tension you put on the ankle wrap and the attachment cord. I really like that I can trade off when my other AFO gets just too wearing. I don't think this gives the lateral support a traditional AFO does, but then it doesn't purport to. It does what it says it will - lifts your foot so it you are careful with your gate and stand straight when you walk, your foot should clear.

This foot drop brave works great. My foot drop is not dramatic, just enough to catch my foot and fall frequently. This brace works really well for me. It's better than my titanium brace, because it is flexible, and allows my ankle to move on uneven ground or when going up or down hill.

Been struggled with AFOs for years and even with step smart, limping due to uneven sole height with back pain etc., this product solved it all and let me use my shoes without mods.Getting a functional product at this price is amazingOne flaw is that the bottom part of the plastic in the back which holds the elastic belt pinches even on a sock and gets uncomfortable after a while (resolved it by wearing a gel infused ankle sleeve)
