Pros:-ACTUAL One-Touch dialing (3 programmable) - so easy to see and use (most phones that brag about this lie and you must push 2 buttons to use. Lies. All lies!)-Large (somewhat) easy-to-read numbers-Wall mount is stable-Program numbers that can dial in!! (omg I never knew I wanted this option - no constanr ringing and no car warranty blathering!)Cons:-buttons would have been easier to read if black/white instead of grey/light grey-no answering machine (this is actually a pain)All-in-all a great phone for the elderly with low vision.
