Looks nice. Sound quality is not great. But we have it for power outages. The ringer volume control was why we chose this one. Every few weeks it quits and I have to hook it all back up again till it will work for a while. Not as dependable as I had hoped. I wish we had kept our old phone from 20 yrs ago.
