Im an aerialist and pole dancer and have been using this product for years. Other grips tend to not be enough or leave me feeling dry with no grip. This one gives me enough stick to feel secure without messing up my skin. 1000/10 would recommend

I bought a new stainless steel pole for my living room to practice pole dancing. Its so sleek and slippery, its tough to keep a tight grip on it while dancing. This did the trick! Better than my dry hands. A couple sprays in each palm and I can grip the pole much stronger and climb into poses with ease. Buy this if you want to stop slipping!

Ive been doing Aerial Acrobatics for a few years now and I never leave without that Rosin Spray. Otherwise I wouldnt be able to do any advanced moves like you see in my video. Enjoy Everyone Tip: Less is More. If you spray too much on your hands its VERY VERY STICKY. So just spray a dab or 2 on your hands and youre good to go

We use this for competitive diving but and it helps with grip. It is also great for keeping tape on athletes for athletic trainers

A little goes a long way. I used this and literally turned into spider Gwen. If I can climb a twenty ft pole with nothing but a bikini some boots in this spray in under 10 seconds with struggling then I know for sure I can use this to climb walls. Best gripping spray ever.

We use with kinetic tape and it help a lot with adhesion. Tape stays on better through sweat and showers. Careful with the over spray and it doesn't smell good when sprayed.

If your skin can tolerate the adhesive, it works a lot better in my opinion than the other adhesives out there and the price is better!

Great for my home pole, the studio and the club. I get sweaty pretty easy and it becomes impossible to do inverts or shoulder mounts for me when I get hot. I used to use the firm grip and QDA but this works just as well as a sub until they get the others back in stock

I wear knee braces that don't stay in place. A little spray on the knees before I put the brace on keeps them in place.

I used to use a different spray from this company, but from what I can tell they stopped making it. I was so upset because it was the best grip for my legs for pole.I saw this one and wasn't sure - but I bought it anyway. Glad I did, the grip is great!

The adhesive spray is very sticky and strong hold on your skin. You only need to spray once on skin. Please make sure to use adhesive remover!

This product is great to use on your skin before applying sports tape. In the past before I used adhesive spray my athletic tape wouldn't last a day on me. When I started to use this product before applying the tape, the tape stayed on all day even after getting wet. Just spray it on the area you're taping and a little goes a long way. It doesn't leave any sticky residue on the skin when tape is removed. Washes off easily.

I use this as a base to wrap my thumbs with lifting tape. It works. It works really, really well. It significantly reduces sliding and balling up of the tape as one sweats.Removing it is a bit iffy. It makes the lifting tape's glue stick really well to the surface you applied it, so once you remove it leaves a lot of adhesive behind, so have patience removing it. It's worth it.

In dry climates we need this tacky spray on the palms of our hands to keep a solid grip on the silks.I first used Cramer's 10 years ago and I guess I took it for granted because I forgot about it. I can't believe I've been training 10 years without this!I've been living in a dry climate lately and haven't been confident with my grip and it's terrifying 20 feet in the air constantly thinking I'm going to slip and fall because my hands don't have enough grip.So I finally bought another can of this and it has been a game changer. My grip is confident solid again and I have no fear up in the air anymore.I was originally training on the east coast and it's pretty humid over there, so the natural hand grip is better in humid climates. But in dry climates we really need this tacky spray on the palms of our hands to keep a solid grip on the silks.

I like that the spray was equivalent to the aerosol in terms of feel and grip for aerial silks. The spray was cheaper by volume than the aerosol as well.
