I am a triathele and have had problems with my knee and ankle. The spray keeps the tape on so I can swim and have the support I need while running. I have had tape stay on for 4 or 5 days swimming 3600 yards twice in that time period, plus showering.

I USE THIS MOSTLY FOR TAKING AERIAL FITNESS AND AERIAL YOGA. IT ALLOWS ME TO DO CIRCUS TRICKS I COULDN'T WITHOUT IT LIKE SINGLE KNEE HOOKS SINCE I NEED TO HOLD MY 200LBS WITH ONE ARM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. HAVE ALSO USED AT THE ROCK CLIMBING GYM IN PLACE OF DUSTY CHALK. WAY BETTER THAN LIQUID CHALK WHICH IS JUST OK.

Never knew about it or heard of it before. I did a Google search on how to keep your skirt from riding up, and someone mentioned this stuff and BAM. Just remember to wash it off, or utilize Vaseline/body oil or something to neutralize the stickiness.

I'm a tall gal so keeping short dresses in place, especially body con dresses, can be a high stakes game. A quick spray from this on my thighs and my dress kept me decent while I had the time of my life in Vegas. Strong recommendation.

Ok I'll be honest, I tried this in order to keep my butt pads in place. Yes I said it. Anywhoit works great! They don't move until I peel them off.

I have extremely sweaty hands and have always had issues with it when holding a console controller when playing video games (yeahneed). After trying several specific products for this, I gave Tuf-skin a shot and it's honestly the best product I've used for my scenario. It comes in a larger can for a compatible price but could be a tad cheaper in my opinion. I only say this because I apply it several times a night. Washing your hands and drying complete before use is a must. Great product overall!!
