I give it a 3 stars because the box looked that's it was already have been open some color pencils looked use and broken from the led in other words the color pencils I order looked use and which is not nice which I paid for a new item and I received use item no right !

I received a box that was previously used. Most of the pencils were shaved down and some were completely flat. Total rip off!
