I did chalkboard/black white for a theme this year in my middle school classroom. It's so hard to have a theme that isn't too elementary/babyish and is inviting, but not too distracting. Works well in my room!

Don't like to brag, but gosh dern it, I've got the best looking classroom. I have used these with Chalkboard bulletin board trim and posters. Even the custodian says my room is the best. She's in every room to clean, so her opinion means a lot to me. I have also concluded that the Chalkboard products are very durable.

Best letters I ever punched out!!!! They practically fall out of the cardboard, they are nice and heavy-duty, and there are no tiny details to carefully push out. Absolutely the fastest I have EVER punched out a saying for a bulletin board. I also had plenty of lower case letters to write out my entire slogan. Very happy with these letters!!!! My only small thing is that in person, there seems to be a tad more black around the outside of the letter than shown in the photo on this listing, mostly around the lower case letters. However, it's not really a problem, just thought I would mention it. Happy with this brand!!!! I got the matching border and can't wait to get it all put up!
