Mission: To break the chain of hopelessness so that at-risk youth, young adults and adults are empowered to make healthy choices, become productive citizens, and prosper

Programs: A cultural and personal development curriculum outlined through a process of guided development that defines and reinforces responsible, sustainable and accountable adulthood, and is presented to culturally patterned youth and young adults. Participants are introduced to a culturally appropriate system that encourages appreciation of self and culture, family cohesion, community service, cultural consciousness, sense of pride and personal and economic responsibility, sustainability, and accountability through peer counseling, employment training and job placement, healthy connections, healthy start, tutoring, school to work, crisis counseling, preventative night patrol, mens development institute, ladies of vision, theatre and dance group, and community dialogues.
