I've always seen many professional movers I've hired use this and gave this a shot when I needed to move a pretty hefty wine fridge. Once I figured out how much slack was required (highly recommend reading the instructions), we lifted the 200 lb unit with no issues.I can only imagine how much more effort it would've taken my wife and I to lift something that heavy without this product. 10/10 would recommend for ease and usage. One of those products I feel like will always be handy to have around!

Takes a little practice but once you get the hang of it it is amazing how light things feel while moving them.

We moved a washer and dryer using these and had only one step to go up. It's amazing how a heavy appliance becomes easy to move with two people wearing these moving straps.

These really make moving heavy objects easier. Going up and down steps can still be tricky with some things. I recommend watching the instructional videos from the shoulderdolly website (or youtube) for usage. I wish I would have bought these years ago.

If you are getting ready to move or rearrange your house, get these! It makes moving the large heave items so much easier! The straps are very easy to use and can accommodate many different items. For stairs, we had to stop and adjust how tight the strap was (making it a lot tighter to life the item higher to clear the stairs) then adjust again when we got down/up the stairs. Not hard to do. Make sure you have a strong back because it does put the weight there instead of your fingers and arms. These stow away neatly and don't take up much space at all, so definitely keep its nearby!

I've seen these in action with the professional movers, so I bought these for when I wanted to move heavy objects myself without calling for a pro. This product is very well built just like what the pros use.

This was a great investment. My husband and I used it to pack our 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house in PODS and a moving truck. Then we hired help to unload and the crew that unloaded our PODS even used the straps to move the heavy items. Now a couple years after we moved we are using these straps again because we are removing carpet to put in new floors so once again we have to move heavy furniture around so the floors can be installed. Not a one time use purchase. Love it!

Needed to move 2 fire safes from our parent's basement to include up a flight of stairs. My husband and I are about 8 different in height but still made the job easy. Used it on dresser drawers, desks, other items with ease. Highly recommend.

We had to have a large armoire moved. These straps made a world of difference in moving it versus trying to move with furniture sliders

I can't say enough about these shoulder straps for moving! My spouse and I lived on the second floor in a condo and recently moved to a house. Unfortunately, it's raised, so you have to go up a set of stairs to the main floor anyway. These shoulder straps made moving heavy and bulky items down and then back up stairs a breeze. We've used them for helping move friends and family members. I would never want to move without these again.One warning that has more to do with physics than the straps: Be careful with tall, skinny objects on stairs (like a frig). Lay them on their side so that it doesn't tip over and squish you flat.

If you move all day, yes definitely buy this.But for the first time user, it can be tricky. At the end its nice to have a weight distributed on your back and hips not just hands

Save your back and buy this. Just helped my parents move houses. These straps made moving heavy couches, dressers, cabinets, etc so much easier.
