Moved a 28-29 cubic ft refrigerator with ease. Highly recommend for moving large furniture and appliances. It was tricky going down a few steps off the porch but just took our time, setting the fridge down and adjusting the strap (I'm almost a foot taller than my brother-in-law so that probably came into play). You do need to be strong enough to balance the piece of furniture or appliance as it's one 5” strap that goes under it. I read reviews about neck burns so work an old golf shirt and that eliminated the risk (an old hoodie would work too). Brought the fridge on about a 50ft trek (around the kitchen island, through the living room, foyer, and out the front door to the garage for pick up) in about 5 minutes. After we were done, we had time for a few beers and talked about how much more difficult it would've been if we didn't have the shoulder dolly.

My father in law and I were going to be moving some bedroom furniture into the house. I was worried about 2 bureas that were awkwardly shaped to get up a flight of stairs that has a turn after a smaller landing halfway up. This thing was a huge help with moving the furniture as it enabled us to use of body to lift the furniture and allow for our hands to really just guide or give a little extra lift. The only time this was a little underwhelming was trying to bring something downstairs with it. We felt that the furniture was almost scraping the stairs but that was the only negative.

Highly recommended, this worked great. I still prefer an appliance dolly for really heavy appliances like washers or refrigerators, but for everything else this is amazing. We even moved a heavy smoker with these!

Wish I had purchased 40 years ago, I have moved a lot and these are back savers. So much easier to move odd items and heavy items.

The pictures are real. My husband and I used this to move our washing machine and dryer. I am a female 5'6 my husband is 6 and I do not have a lot of upper body strength. We didn't try it with stairs, so I cannot comment on that, unfortunately.

I am a 40 year old female. My husband and I, both around 160lbs, used these straps to move a 500lbs upright piano. The straps are easy to set up, relatively comfortable, wide enough for secure feeling and very sturdy. Getting around corners or through a tight doorway would have been impossible without these straps. Absolutely recommend if you have similar work needing to get done.

This has helped us move so many things with ease. Heavy, large, oddly shaped etc. Just my husband I were able to do it without having to call friends to help!

This product definitely helped distribute weight and freed our hands for stabilization.Unfortunately, we bought this to move a king sized mattress from a 2nd floor apartment to our house (w/ a half flight of stairs up). The mattress, being a mattress, was a floppy and unwieldy beast, and the strap kept slipping off and it was a challenging, hear-pounding endeavor. Even with the less than ideal experience, it was still easier than without it.That being said, I am looking forward to using this for more stable pieces of furniture and boxes in the future.

You can pick up almost anything with two decent strength adults. Fridges, washer dryers etc. really don't know how I would have moved without it
