Very good for moving large furniture

I got this to help move very heavy furniture downstairs and up the ramp into a moving truck. Items such as a real wood full size dresser from our master bedroom with all of the drawers and items inside, a full size commercial crosstrainer/elliptical we bought from a gym - over 300lbs. We couldn't have done this move without the shoulder dolly and it was amazing how easy it was to put it on, and have it ready to lift. Allows you to maneuver around stairs that have multiple turns in it without losing your grip and crashing into your walls. I initially saw this being used by these two guys who installed our washer and dryer and was so amazed by how easy it looked. Then, the guys who installed our new fridge also had it. So when it was time for our move I had to have it..and I am so glad I got it!!!!

Had to get a heavy treadmill up a flight of stairs and a regular dolly wasn't doable. Ordered this shoulder dolly not really expecting it to work...it did! Took a few tries to figure out how to wear it, but once we got that, it was very easy to setup and use! Thank you to the inventors of this item!!!

We had to lift both the dryer and washer to place on pedestals. I'm 5 feet tall and a 65 year woman; my husband is 5-10 We were able to leverage the machines -- no problem. This product is great.

You do feel the weight on your shoulder. Wish the strip was padded for more confort.

I bought this for my move from one apartment to another (lot of walking and stairs). This was a fantastic purchase! It fit my 8 ft couch and all of my other appliances (washer, dryer, etc). It's durable and comfortable (enough). I highly recommend.

It saved my life for my recent moving. I and my roommate (two short girls) successful moved a heavy sofa and mattress with the help of this product. If there's one thing that needs improvement, it's not very helpful when doing consecutive stairs.

If you are in a position that requires the use of furniture movers or dollies, then this is the device for you. Transferring weight to the upper back and shoulders, also keeping the hands free to allow for better balance.

My wife and I moved our washer and dryer very easily. Use your legs and hold what you are carrying from wobbling side to side but overall great product when you want to avoid a hand truck on the floor.

These guys have come in handy so many times. We first used it to carry a 60 gallon tank upstairs. Then, we used it to carry a massive desk upstairs. I feel like it's saving my back.

Easy to put on easy to attach to your item you are moving. What took 5 men to carry to my home then to see it took only 2, and one to spot them if needed to install for me. Amazing

I used this to move a 72 inch bathroom vanity that weighs 335 pounds. Would NEVER have been able to move it through the house and up the stairs without it. If you are looking for a sign if you should buy this. This is it. I will continue to use this for heavy lifting

I've moved many things over the years. These straps makes moving big awkward things easy and stress free. As long as you have a friend on the other side there isn't much you won't be able to move. 10 stars out of 5

Many years ago, I had a new refrigerator delivered and they used something like this to bring it into the house and through a couple of narrow doorways. They made it look easy, and I have wanted something like this ever since. But every time I looked, all that I could find were the forearm style straps. I don't know about you, but I don't want all the weight of whatever I'm carrying to be on my forearms!Now many years later and in a different house, I needed to move another refrigerator into the house so I again went looking for this type of strap, and I was thrilled to find it this time. I immediately ordered it, and I am so glad that I did. It allowed my son and I to quite effortlessly bring a large refrigerator up 7 steps, through a narrow doorway, and put the refrigerator into place. No walls or floors were harmed along the way, and no muscles or joints were strained. The harness of this very evenly distributes the weight across your shoulders, instead of putting it all on your arms like other designs. And with the weight securely on your shoulders, it is much easier to lift with your legs instead of your back.I won't go so far as to say I am looking forward to move more big bulky objects, but I am looking forward to using my Shoulder Dolly when the need arises. There really is a reason the pros use shoulder straps like this.
