these are ridiculously expensive for what you're getting in this box. These gauze pads are only 1inch by 1 inch and there are only 10 in the box. So you're paying over $1.00 each for a 1x1, paper thin piece of gauze. Yes it does stop bleeding, but only after you pile 3 or four on top of each other to ao that there's enough of the material to actually gel up and temporarily seal your wound. That's provided that your wound is the size of an American dime or smaller, because even a penny sized wound would be a struggle to cover with these tiny square of gauze. so you'll end up spending $3-4 every time you need to re-wrap a tiny wound that's bleeding or draining.

I purchased this for my 2 year old that has frequent nosebleeds. It is simple and works fantastic.
