My son is 64, 170 lbs and I ordered the Medium. It fits great in the waist as hes a slim guy and the length has a couple of inches breaking on his shoe which is fine. Hes only 15 so he may have more growing to do. He prefers this brand to his Nikes.

My son is long with no butt and small waist. The length of these are perfect for him - I bought adult xs. He is 7th grade, 5'6, and around 110 lbs. The waist is very sturdy material and no issues getting his baseball belt through the loops. Thebuouth XL was way too short for him by about 8 inches.

The sizing on these is silly. Apparently Mizuno sizes to tall, anorexic ballplayers. My 14 year old is 5' 9 and 160 lbs, not fat, solid. These pants are 4 inches too long and 4 inches to tight. Unless you are 6'1 120 I wouldn't waste my time.

The pants are nice, I ordered one white and one grey, but the white one came with a red blotch on the pant leg that looks like blood.
