The little snap holding the case closed broke off pretty early but the pill case inside is a good size. It???s a little small for bigger pills like excedrin but it does the job.

Keeps pills secure: the metal shell stays shut and I don't need to worry about my pills spilling out in my bag. Great size: compact but big enough to hold several pills per compartment. And very sturdy: I've used it for several years and haven't had any issues. As a bonus, it can be used as a compact mirror, but it does get scratched up after a while. It's also discreet and inconspicuous, if that matters. It definitely doesn't appear to be a pill case at a glance.

I have had this for over a year. I am buying my second one as I have misplaced it. I needed this as I couldn’t remember wheather I had taken my medication or not on a regular basis. The box is very durable and it doesn’t look like a pill box. If you have to take medication I recommend this.

Excellent product if you take daily medications. Stores safely in your purse with no fear of the lid coming open. This purchase is actually a back up. My original is 4 years old, and after being opened 4 to 5 times a day it is possible that one of the inner plastic hinges might break in the near future. I wanted to buy another while it was still available. I gave it 5 stars for my purpose, because I don't care about looks. You might consider it a 4 star product - the shiny finish does scratch, and at about 3 years I started to see the copper under layer show through.

I needed something to organize allergy and various other pills... and this thing has done that amazingly. My only complaint is the clasp/lock that holds the silver part of the case closed stopped actually working within a few months of use.

I bought two of these about 6 months apart and both broke in the same spot. They seem to have a considerable weakness at the clasp where it shuts. There's a little tiny pin that falls out. But me being me I'll probably buy another and solder the sucker in. Such is the life for a professional diabetic.

The clasp is flimsy and broke the first day after opening and closing the lid 3-4 times. The case itself is still very nice and shiny. The interior mirror is a nice addition, but increases the overall weight of the box.

Should be zero stars. Product was broken upon receipt. Poorly manufactured. Missing clasp to close so it's totally useless.

SO great for carrying meds. Super cute and sophisticated good quality been using for over a year. Nice mirror inside too. Easy to open the doors and fits several pills in each.

Best ever! I took this on a 30-day Europe tour. I take 3 small pills a day. It held the entire month's meds, and the 8th compartment was perfect for any extras or emergency meds. Pretty, tiny, and bonus, it works like a mirror too. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

I really like the size of this pill box as I wanted something a little slimmer and compact. The size turned out to be perfect, but I had only had the product a couple of weeks before the metal closure on the pill box broke. I will still continue to use it, but it's disappointing that it broke so early on. I guess the price accurately reflects the quality.

My husband loves this! I bought it for him as a gift to replace the ugly plastic box that he had sitting on the counter before. This was our compromise, because he liked to leave it out so he would remember to take them, but I hated seeing the ugly box. This is stylish and looks nice and fits in with our brush nickel fixtures.

I used this for about a month and then one of my vitamins leaked. I couldn't clean this case because the plastic isn't removable. I ended up tossing it in the trash. This would be good for non-soft gel pills.

I was suspecting it to be a little bit bigger but it's really well-made and I take 6 pills every morning and they fit in each one just right. So it's pretty much perfect until I need another dang pill added to the collection LOL
