Keeps pills secure: the metal shell stays shut and I don't need to worry about my pills spilling out in my bag. Great size: compact but big enough to hold several pills per compartment. And very sturdy: I've used it for several years and haven't had any issues. As a bonus, it can be used as a compact mirror, but it does get scratched up after a while. It's also discreet and inconspicuous, if that matters. It definitely doesn't appear to be a pill case at a glance.

I have had this for over a year. I am buying my second one as I have misplaced it. I needed this as I couldn’t remember wheather I had taken my medication or not on a regular basis. The box is very durable and it doesn’t look like a pill box. If you have to take medication I recommend this.

Excellent product if you take daily medications. Stores safely in your purse with no fear of the lid coming open. This purchase is actually a back up. My original is 4 years old, and after being opened 4 to 5 times a day it is possible that one of the inner plastic hinges might break in the near future. I wanted to buy another while it was still available. I gave it 5 stars for my purpose, because I don't care about looks. You might consider it a 4 star product - the shiny finish does scratch, and at about 3 years I started to see the copper under layer show through.

SO great for carrying meds. Super cute and sophisticated good quality been using for over a year. Nice mirror inside too. Easy to open the doors and fits several pills in each.

Best ever! I took this on a 30-day Europe tour. I take 3 small pills a day. It held the entire month's meds, and the 8th compartment was perfect for any extras or emergency meds. Pretty, tiny, and bonus, it works like a mirror too. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

My husband loves this! I bought it for him as a gift to replace the ugly plastic box that he had sitting on the counter before. This was our compromise, because he liked to leave it out so he would remember to take them, but I hated seeing the ugly box. This is stylish and looks nice and fits in with our brush nickel fixtures.

I was suspecting it to be a little bit bigger but it's really well-made and I take 6 pills every morning and they fit in each one just right. So it's pretty much perfect until I need another dang pill added to the collection LOL

While the compartments are smaller than most standard pill organizers, the compact size of this case is actually my favorite feature (and I am still able to fit four smaller tablets and two to three capsules together in each compartment.) I also appreciate its sleek chrome appearance and the inner mirror. As a style-conscious young adult, this makes carrying and taking my medications in public feel more classy and subtle, and actually fits in with my minimalist decor on my nightstand. Absolutely the best pill box I've ever used.

I almost always carry my container with me. Every plastic one I ever purchased resulted in me having to fix them every time they accidentally opened in my purse. This container does not open accidentally, even when dropped. I use the 8th day (labeled X) for as needed things like ibuprofen. The mirror is nice and has been surprisingly helpful to have, no need for another mirror. I've been using mine for over a year, and now I'm ordering another one for my daughter.
