Usually buy the Gildan which is much thicker and heavier - this Hanes crewneck sweatshirt is very soft and runs a little bit larger than the Gildan in the same size. Husband is 6'3 and probably around 230 lbs, not thin - I got the 3X so it would be super comfy for lazy days and it's not remotely sloppy looking, in fact it looks great and doesn't hug his body. The 2X would've fit fine but I wanted the added comfort for him.

I love crewneck sweatshirts! I almost always buy mine in the men's department for the oversized look. Sometimes they're little to bulky in the sleeves so I was looking for something more fitted and this definitely is just that. This time I went with a size small and it is pretty small. I'm a small frame and could've gotten a medium and it would have fit perfect and not be bulky! If that makes sense. Size up for sure depending on what you're looking for. However it's super soft and a good light weight crew neck!

I know this is for men but I'd prefer men's sweatshirts over women's and I love it. The only downfall is it fits just a little small and by the hands, the material is coming apart a little bit at the seams! I will definitely be buying another one for the price.

Very nice feel. Soft. Lightweight sweatshirt. Color as shown. Will think about ordering a size or two down. I ordered XL. I am 6'1 tall, weight 183, male. Way too long and loose.

This is comfortable and simple. Good for pajamas or the gym or just around the house. Lots of fuzz comes out of this during drying that gets stuck on other clothes. Other than that these are fine.

I normally wear M but bought this in Large to sleep in. It's fairly soft on the inside (no covered seams though) and the size is as expected.However, I was not expecting that in the year 2022, sweatshirts are still made with horrible scratchy tags that are intended to be ripped out. It's not a horrible problem since it was easy to rip out, but now without the tag or any type of printed label, it's kind of hard to quickly tell the back/front apart and I end up putting it on backwards half the time before noticing that the neck is too high in front. Could be easily solved by doing the normal thing and printing a tagless label, or putting in a smooth tag.
