Overall I am happy with this bag. I use it for work and like that it has the option to pull with the handle or wear as a backpack. I added Velcro straps to the main compartment to be able to organize and control what is in the compartment. Without the straps, items flop around too much. I've used it on 3 business trips so far and am satisfied with it. The other compartments work well with what I need for my business trips.

I can't say how durable it is because I bought it for my daughter, who starts class on January 9th. But it is super cute and lightweight. So far, I am happy with what was delivered.

I have traveled with this backpack as my carry-on a few times since purchased a few months back. The handle will be really low for a tall person. However, I am 5'3 and the handle is the perfect height. I had issues in the past with handles being to tall for me. Therefore I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that, the handle on this bag was the perfect height for me. The handle does not lock in place however, it does not slam back down like most non locking handles. The handle is sturdy not flimsy and wobbly like most. A lot can fit in this little bag. I roll my items rather then fold them. This way I am able to fit a lot of items. I love it and I would definitely recommend. I also love that it is all black. The fabric is a really nice quality. It's not bulky like most roller backpacks, it has a sleek sophisticated look. Also it has really nice spacious front pockets.

I used this to go to Idaho at Thanksgiving with possible snow on the ground. I liked the way it could stand up on its own and it rolled pretty smoothly. It's a little thinner than I would like but that's not a deal breaker. Next time I will just add a little padding.

Maybe I am too hard on my bags because this bag does not hold up to being hard wearing. I put lots of things in my bag to go to work and now it leans, the wheels are noisy and the materials rip and tear.

I injured my back about 2 months ago and couldn't carry my work bag. I ordered this to try to make it easier for myself. It works great. Zippers work enough room for lunch box, a 28oz bottle for my ice tea and a small crochet project for my break. I use the front pockets and they work fine as well. The side mesh will hold a 32oz stainless steel water bottle. Travels well. I only have to be careful of it tipping when walking if i have my stainless steel bottle on the side.

I like the ability to carry it as a backpack, but also to have the telescopic handle wheels to pull it behind me to keep the weight off my back and shoulders when needed!
