I bought three of these, and they all fit nicely. The built-in terry cloth sweatband is a huge plus!

Only the front of the cap is higher or deeper. The rest of it fits like any other cap even a bit smaller. Most caps I wear 2 notches are showing on the adjustment in the back. This one, 3 notches...so it runs smaller. It's ok, but nothing special...

I should have looked more closely at the image preview for this. The front of hat is too small fits and looks odd when it's on my head.It was not a big loss for the relatively low price, though, but, was a little disappointed that it didn't work out.
