I'm not a big reviewer but have to give credit where credit is due. I've looked long and hard for a good fitting hat for my large head and have settled for hats that didn't quite fit and ended up hurting after wearing for a while. This hat from Zylioo is hands down the most comfortable XL hat I've worn. Will no doubt buy more of theses and in different colors. Highly recommend.

I have a large (63cm) head so normal hats don't fit and this one does. Decent quality too so that's nice, but really I'm just glad this hat doesn't make my head look comically big like normal ballcaps do.

Wear a 7 7/8 hat and there is plenty of wiggle room and doesn't look all awkward like a lot of big head hats

These hats are perfect, I have a very large head but these caps fits like a glove,I have the black and Khaki and recently ordered the Navy blue, if you have a big head this hat is for you!!! Omg I'm so happy I found them lol

I had no idea ball caps came in extended sizes. My teenage son had been looking for one and I took a chance and ordered this one! We plan on ordering more due to the fit and style!

These hats are great. I purchased for my husband. It was actually bigger than expected so I did a wash on them, then they fit perfect. Definitely big head friendly. If too big for you or the person you order for, then just give it a wash and should be fine.

Honestly yeah it fits great for people who have a big head and or just a big forehead. Works well with long hair as well. Problem is that whoever made the hat didn't line up the stitching with the bill or the back of it. So not to happy with it to be honest especially since it costs about 20 bucks but it fits decent just doesn't look good from the front and a lil discomfort since it's not lined up properly.

I've been wearing size 8 military boonies for many years, because one size fits all caps are always too small. I purchased 2 of these xxl, one with the regular brim and one with the long brim (get the regular. The long is only good to offer more protection from the sun) I love this hat! It fits perfect , with enough strap left over to fit an even larger head. It fits, my wife loves it on me, and looks great. Winner!

The cap fits perfectly with no adjustments. The color chart is a little weird. I wanted gray and that's what I got but had to order 'black' to get it. Also it's a lot to pay for a baseball cap but glad to have it.
