It's hard to find decent shorts at a good price. These fit the bill. Some colors are 100 cotton and some are a blend so read the description if that is important to you. The elastic is a little tight at first but will loosen up a little after a few washes. I am 5' 7 (33 inch waist) and 175lbs and the medium size fits perfect.

Well priced and comfortable, but a little baggy through the leg. You're not going to attract many interesting women wearing these. Better to slip them on for lounging around the house when there's no company. Opt for something else if you need to go out in the world. Especially if there are women nearby. LOL!

Simple, durable: I don't even use the drawstring! I don't know how many times I've tried to find 'black cotton shorts' but they were always too much - waistline, material, cost, etc. These are just the right amount of all things that I'll memorize this company's name for later.

bought these for my husband, he just needed some soft, comfy shorts for hanging around the house, sleeping in, or camping. he said he loves these, they're perfect. washed up beautifully, no shrinkage.

My husband has been averse to wearing shorts even in our hot summers, but this year, he gave in. I bought these so he could wear them to lounge around and go outside if he needed to without having to get totally dressed. They are lightweight, comfortable, he says, and he hasn't worn long pants since these and another pair arrived last week. That says a lot. Good deal.
